Inter Miami CF is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and revenue by selling ticket inventory across seating categories. You will prospect, cold-call, meet clients face-to-face, and network to develop long-term relationships in the South Florida market.

You will lead by example within the sales team, share best practices, mentor peers, and participate in team trainings and gameday events, contributing to a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful sales experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, close new business, and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and event days in a fast-paced sports environment.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, research, develop, and close new business through cold calling, face-to-face appointments, networking, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through closing, account development, and retention.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and prospecting goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, organizations, community groups, and key partners in South Florida.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and CRM records of all sales activities.
• Provide high level of customer service and develop relationships leading to repeat business.
• Mentor Inside Sales and Account Executives by sharing successful strategies and techniques.
• Represent Inter Miami CF at games, events, and community initiatives.
