MTM LLC in New Jersey seeks an experienced sales closer for in-home consultations and closing deals at the customer's home. You will showcase home improvement solutions, build rapport, and guide clients from discovery to purchase.

Successful candidates have proven direct sales success, strong negotiation, and excellent communication. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to visit client homes; evenings/weekends flexibility is expected.

Formación

• Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer availability.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers, showcasing products and services.
• Build rapport with clients, identify needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations.
• Address questions and provide expert advice to facilitate the sale.
• Close sales deals in the customer’s home and ensure paperwork and payments are completed correctly.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery of service.
