Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends due to customer availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers, showcasing products and services.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations.
• Address questions and provide expert advice to facilitate the sale.
• Close sales deals in customers' homes and complete all paperwork and payments.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth process from sale to service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
