Job summary

You will work evenings and weekends, have a valid driver's license, and participate in paid training with uncapped commission potential and opportunities for career advancement within one of the industry's largest companies.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and present products and services.
• Build rapport, identify client needs, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Close deals in customers' homes and handle paperwork and payments.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
