Job summary

GQR Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter with RN and Allied experience to own the full direct-hire lifecycle. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing RN and Allied professionals in permanent roles, building pipelines, and managing client-candidate relationships.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a track record of meeting KPIs, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Hybrid in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN/Allied Recruiting in an agency setting.
• Strong sourcing, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Track record of exceeding KPIs, hitting revenue targets, and consistently performing at a high level.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
• Highly self-motivated, autonomous, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to active searches and long-term market demand.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle including outreach, qualification, interview prep, offer negotiation, close, and successful placement.
• Balance client expectations and candidate experience with a high-touch, consultative approach on both sides of the desk.
• Drive performance through consistent activity, strong pipeline management, successful placements, and revenue generation.
