Qualifications

• 3+ years as a General Manager or multi-unit restaurant operations leader.
• Proven success managing high-volume full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong financial management skills with hands-on P&L experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
• Current food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily restaurant operations and P&L accountability.
• Build, train, and motivate a high-performing management and service team.
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety compliance, and exceptional service standards.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic staffing and cost control.
