Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Charlotte, NC. You will lead operations, manage a team of department leaders, ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and drive profitability.

Prior GM experience in quick-service or hospitality is strongly preferred, with a track record of coaching staff and meeting business goals. You must be 18+ with a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick-service, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals.
• Direct day-to-day operations to meet McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Hire, coach and develop department and shift managers to build a strong restaurant team.
