Job summary

McDonald’s General Manager role overseeing a high-volume restaurant, responsible for profitability and delivering top customer experiences. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, coach staff, and drive standard adherence in Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

The position requires prior GM experience in fast-service settings or hospitality/retail, and applicants must be 18+ to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must have prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Candidate must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach staff to improve performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future success.
• Collaborate with leaders to achieve restaurant goals and drive business growth.
