Job summary

McDonald's in Forked River, NJ seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume franchised restaurant. You will drive profitability, ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and coach a team of Department and Shift Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and costs, and uphold strict food safety standards while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to work as manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Set restaurant goals with a leader and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead Department Managers and Shift Managers, coaching for department improvements.
• Hire and develop managers to build a capable future team.
• Manage all restaurant operations including food, guest experience and crew tasks.
• Oversee People processes: recruiting, onboarding, staffing, performance, and training.
