Qualifications

• Must demonstrate mastery of Baker I, II, III, and Assistant Production Manager job descriptions.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, schedule, coach, discipline staff; enforce policies and processes.
• Accurately tabulates payroll for back-of-house staff and delivers it to management.
• Estimates food costs and profits; manages staff to meet cost and profit goals.
• Maintains sanitation standards and compliant procedures; ensures safety and security.
• Maintains ambiance and presentation; monitors lighting, linen, glassware, and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Pursue ongoing education and professional development; explore value-added opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Area Manager.
