Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with in-home consultations and presenting solutions.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
• Utilize warm leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and prepare homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales and maintain relationships while tracking pipeline.
