Job summary

Cresco Labs, owner of Sunnyside dispensaries, is seeking a Retail Store Manager for a Sunnyside location. You will lead a team, manage operations, drive sales, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to work all hours of operation. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the Cresco family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience.
• 5-7 years of retail management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ with layers of leadership.
• Cannabis knowledge or dispensary leadership experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a high-performing team through onboarding and coaching.
• Analyze headcount requirements and labor schedules.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling and customer service.
• Oversee inventory activities and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and local laws.
