Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail management or managing teams of 5+ employees; Cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent and demonstrated training experience.
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel with experience in data entry and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve team goals with regular feedback and career development planning.
• Assist in staffing, recruiting, and weekly labor scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, cash, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and safety standards.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures and manage daily operations during peak hours.
• Support outreach and community partnerships to build brand awareness and patient draw.
