Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Retail Store Supervisor will oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, directing staff workflow and performing opening/closing procedures in line with state law. You will handle customer escalations, reinforce culture, and act as an ambassador for the company’s mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures on non-peak periods.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Respond to all employee questions or suggestions and communicate team resource requirements.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback for performance concerns; document and escalate issues.
• Direct the workflow of the team by creating morning rosters and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure team compliance with all company policies and state/local laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies and record accordingly.
• Troubleshoot POS system glitches; verify inventory counts and cash deposits.
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets and ensure a clean, safe environment.
