Cresco Labs is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Sunnyside in a high-volume cannabis dispensary in Philadelphia. You will lead a team, drive daily operations, and ensure compliance while delivering profitable performance and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with HR to address employee relations. Must be 21+, with cannabis industry knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable experience.
• 5–7 years retail management experience required.
• Experience leading 10+ person teams in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to learn, apply and teach product information professionally.
• Experience working with HR processes and employee relations.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a high-performing team with onboarding and coaching.
• Forecast, schedule and manage labor to meet sales targets.
• Drive profitability through customer service and sales programs.
• Ensure compliance with all state/local laws and policies.
• Oversee inventory, records, and daily cash reconciliation.
