Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Assistant Store Manager leads day-to-day dispensary operations with a focus on staff performance, customer service, and regulatory compliance. You’ll oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching while ensuring accurate inventory and safe, welcoming service for patients and customers.

You’ll partner with leadership to drive sales, maintain standards, and build community relations, delivering a best-in-class retail experience in a highly regulated market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in retail management or with teams of 5+ employees.
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills.
• Demonstrated training and coaching ability with staff.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and data handling.
• Strong business acumen with integrity and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve individual and team goals.
• Assist HR in employee relations and staffing, and manage weekly schedules.
• Lead store operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy in records, and safety.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and reporting; resolve escalated issues.
• Drive customer loyalty and community outreach while maintaining standards.
