World Finance in Arlington, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to drive loan production, tax preparation growth, and branch profitability. You will lead a high-performing team, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include approving lending decisions, managing delinquency, and expanding the branch portfolio through community outreach, referrals, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.

Responsabilités

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
