Qualifications

• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Proven ability to generate business through community involvement, networking, customer referrals, and outbound calling activity.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of products.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees and hold them accountable.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
