LeadVenture is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to grow dealer sales and transition into a Territory Manager role within 6 months, based in Oregon. You’ll handle high-volume outreach, build client relationships, and move opportunities through the sales cycle with a proven process.

You have 2+ years in lead generation or related roles, experience with Salesforce, and the hustle to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in generating leads or related work.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Lead generation and cold calling experience.
• Associate degree preferred, but drive to excel matters most.
• End-to-end sales from prospecting to handoff to Territory Manager.
• Thrives in a high-volume work environment and shows strong interpersonal skills.
• Business-savvy with a sense for small business needs.
