Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Ability to use computers and internet tools
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store and maintaining a clean, safe, operational environment
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Assisting with inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example with service standards while performing vehicle services
• Creating a positive guest experience and resolving concerns professionally
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking ownership of operations when the GM is away
