Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members
• Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away
