You will coach, schedule, and develop staff while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient store. This role requires hands-on leadership, top-notch communication, and a strong service mindset to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Help manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away.
