Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to communicate in English (written or orally).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store, manage cash/credit card activities.
• Place inventory orders and record inventory in POS.
• Hire, train, schedule staff and report corrective actions.
• Follow JTSS while supervising lube center and performing services.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and address customer needs.
• Enforce company policies, EH&S compliance, and store operations in GM's absence.
