You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules, ensure GAAP compliance, collaborate with auditors, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Independent, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and company policies.
• Partner with auditors and support audit requests.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with special projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and business partners.
