Job summary

Frontera is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for BT and RBT roles across our established markets. This high-volume role requires speed, consistency, and a compassionate, people-first mindset.

Travel to New Mexico periodically to stay close to the market and teams. You’ll source, screen, and onboard candidates, partner with Talent Lead and HR, and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience recruiting for junior/entry-level roles.
• Ability to travel to New Mexico periodically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles across FronteraCare's existing markets.
• Manage sourcing channels and pipelines, refining and scaling existing methods.
• Maintain a high volume of active requisitions, balancing speed with quality.
• Travel to New Mexico periodically to stay close to market conditions and teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinical leaders, and current RBTs.
• Collaborate with Talent Lead, onboarding, and HR to keep processes aligned.
