FronteraCare in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles across established markets. You will maintain sourcing channels, manage a high-volume pipeline, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while occasionally traveling to New Mexico to stay connected with markets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment, a track record of improving speed and quality, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting, ideally healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience recruiting for junior/entry-level profiles with fast-paced hiring.
• Track record of improving speed, quality or scale in an existing program.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles across FronteraCare's markets.
• Maintain established sourcing channels and pipelines, scale what works.
• Manage high-volume requisitions with focus on speed and quality.
• Travel to New Mexico periodically to stay close to market conditions and teams.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications; track metrics in Greenhouse.
