Job summary

FronteraCare, a Denver-based behavioral health company, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles across established markets. This high-volume role directly impacts patient care by ensuring timely onboarding of frontline staff.

You will travel periodically to New Mexico to stay connected with local markets, collaborate with the Talent Lead and HR, and optimize sourcing channels using Indeed and Greenhouse to improve speed, quality, and scale of hiring.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting, ideally healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience recruiting for junior/entry-level profiles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of improving speed, quality, or scale of a recruiting program.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for BT and RBT roles across established markets.
• Manage sourcing channels and candidate pipelines, scaling existing processes.
• Maintain high volume of active requisitions with balance of speed and quality.
• Travel to New Mexico periodically to stay close to market conditions.
