Broadreach Staffing is assisting a client on the East Coast with a Full-time Middle Market Producer role in the commercial property & casualty space. The role focuses on prospecting, winning middle-market new business, and acting as a trusted risk advisor while leveraging national resources for tailored insurance programs.

You will build a strong pipeline, analyze risk exposures, and collaborate with marketing and carrier partners to submit and place coverage, renewals, and cross-sell where

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial P&C production experience, with a proven record of writing middle-market new business.
• Established book of business or strong network of commercial prospects preferred.
• Solid knowledge of commercial coverages, underwriting, and carrier markets.
• Active P&C producer license (or ability to obtain promptly).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new middle-market commercial P&C accounts.
• Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted outreach.
• Analyze clients' operations and risk exposures and recommend comprehensive coverage and risk management solutions.
• Partner with account management and marketing teams on submissions, carrier negotiations, and placements.
• Deliver proposals and renewal strategies to owners, CFOs, and senior decision-makers.
• Grow and retain your book through service, account rounding, and cross-selling including employee benefits and personal lines where appropriate.

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Middle Market Producer to drive new business growth in commercial property and casualty insurance. You'll prospect and win middle-market businesses, serve as a trusted risk advisor, and draw on the firm's national resources to deliver tailored insurance and risk management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new middle-market commercial P&C accounts
• Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted outreach
• Analyze clients' operations and risk exposures and recommend comprehensive coverage and risk management solutions
• Partner with account management and marketing teams on submissions, carrier negotiations, and placements
• Deliver proposals and renewal strategies to owners, CFOs, and senior decision-makers
• Grow and retain your book through strong service, account rounding, and cross-selling (including employee benefits and personal lines where appropriate)
• Leverage national specialty practices and industry verticals to differentiate in the market
• Stay current on market conditions, carrier appetite, and industry trends

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial P&C production experience, with a proven record of writing middle-market new business
• Established book of business or strong network of commercial prospects preferred
• Solid knowledge of commercial coverages, underwriting, and carrier markets
• Active P&C producer license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and relationship-focused
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CIC, CRM, or CPCU designations a plus
