Job summary

South Coast Community Services in California seeks a Fidelity Coach to guide High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) within the Full Service Partnership framework. This role mentors direct service staff, models best practices, and supports in-field skill development across Wraparound roles.

The position emphasizes team-based, family-centered care, data-informed practice, and alignment with the Four Phases and Ten Principles of HFW, including travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery-level Wraparound experience with principles, phases, and roles.
• Familiarity with assessment and fidelity tools.
• Experience using adult learning strategies for skill development.
• One year experience working with target population.

Responsibilities

• Provides field coaching to direct service staff, modeling and feedback.
• Supports wraparound workforce understanding of SOC and community resources.
• Helps staff interpret data from IP-CANS, WFI-EZ, and TOMs to improve practice.
• Ensures culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, strength-based approaches.
• Maintains accurate documentation adhering to standards.
• Coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams and attendance at required meetings.
