Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly server for The Radical Hotel in Asheville, NC. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu with enthusiasm, take and deliver orders, and help drive a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Genuinely warm, high-energy personality is essential.
• Serving experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Available evenings and weekends are required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set the tone as they sit down.
• Walk guests through the drink and food menu with enthusiasm.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and keep pace during rushes.
• Suggest add-ons and specials in a friendly, helpful way.
• Keep tables, bar, and your station clean and guest-ready.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar team to keep timing tight.
• Handle payments and closeouts accurately.
• Be flexible and support the team as needed.
