Job summary

The Radical Hotel in Asheville, part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection, is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant. You will clean and service guest rooms to high standards, make beds, replenish amenities, and maintain bathrooms, living spaces, and public areas. The role requires physical tasks and teamwork within a boutique setting.

We value reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic. Training is available, and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is expected

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to Hilton and hotel quality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms to ensure every detail is guest-ready.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and damaged items promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized supply areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness procedures.
• Work closely with the Front Desk and Engineering teams to prepare rooms for arriving guests.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed
