Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly server for The Radical Hotel in Asheville, NC. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu with enthusiasm, take and deliver orders, and help drive a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Genuinely warm, high-energy personality is essential.
• Serving experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Available evenings and weekends are required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and set the tone the second they sit down
• Walk people through the drink and food menu with real enthusiasm, not a script
• Take and deliver orders accurately, and keep the pace moving during the rush
• Suggest add-ons and specials in a way that feels helpful, not pushy
• Keep tables, the bar area, and your section clean and guest-ready
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep timing tight
• Handle payments and closeouts accurately
• Jump in wherever the team needs a hand, this crew moves together
