Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Cincinnati is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team under the supervision of the Sous Chef. You will prepare grilled, fried, broiled, and pantry items with an emphasis on quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include plate presentation, station cleanliness, stock management, and collaboration with teammates to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment, while following safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as a Cook Trainee or line cook.
• Licenses/certifications per Federal, State regulations where applicable.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items on menus for grill, fry, broil and pantry stations.
• Ensure plates are attractive and cooked to customer specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
• Assist teammates to ensure smooth line operation and safety compliance.
