Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a Cook I to join our kitchen team under the direction of the Sous Chef. The role centers on preparing grilled, fried, and pantry items, while ensuring each plate is visually appealing and cooked to specification.

You will also support your colleagues to maintain smooth line operation in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will have basic food prep knowledge, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to varied shifts within a casino hotel environment.
