Responsibilities

• Meet with Chefs to review assignments and daily changes.
• Set up workstation with required tools and supplies.
• Ensure requisitions are processed and stocked.
• Organize prep items and transport supplies to designated areas.
• Start and continue prep for current and next service.
• Assist Master Cook/line staff during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and surfaces.
• Breakdown workstation and complete closing duties.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff to address issues.
