Matthews™ is seeking a driven Sales Associate to join its fast‑growing commercial real estate team in California. The role focuses on generating revenue and building long‑term relationships with investment property owners within a pure meritocracy framework.

You will train intensively, become an expert in commercial real-estate analysis and brokerage, and maintain detailed records in Matthews™ proprietary CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Obtain a real estate salesperson license in the state you are located within 120 days of the start date, if not licensed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a coachable attitude toward growth.

Working within a team-selling environment, alongside a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate, with primary responsibilities to generate tremendous amounts of revenue and build a career.

• Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate
• Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners
• Maintain detailed records of activity on Matthews™ proprietary CRM system
• Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships
