Job summary

THE RANCH Saloon in Anaheim is seeking experienced bartenders to deliver top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced, country-music setting. You will craft cocktails, upsell signature drinks, and maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers while engaging guests with genuine hospitality.

The role requires at least 2 years of bartending in a high-volume venue, valid CA food handler and RBS certifications, and flexible evening schedules Thursday to Sunday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending in a high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system.
• California Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable commute to work.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and country music culture.

Responsibilities

• Create, mix, and serve a wide variety of beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage guests with hospitality while taking and preparing orders quickly.
• Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and signature offerings.
• Recommend beverages and upsell specialty cocktails and top-shelf liquors.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service.
• Collaborate with bussers, servers and management for smooth bar operations.
• Monitor guest alcohol service in line with ABC regulations.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and sanitized; maintain equipment.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service.
• Foster a harmonious team environment.
