The Ranch Sports Grill in California is seeking an experienced part-time Server/Bartender to join our restaurant team. You will provide friendly, attentive service, present menus, take orders and ensure dining areas are clean and well-set, including bar and patio spaces.

Shifts are flexible and include weekdays, weekends and holidays; applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol with Food Handler Card and RBS certification, and have 6 months relevant experience in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 6 months relevant restaurant experience as a Server/Bartender.
• Energetic and guest service oriented.
• Must have good knowledge of craft beer, wine and cocktails.
• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages and possess current Food Handler Card and RBS Certification.
• Must be detail orientated, able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest service-oriented environment.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions with the ability to perform basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, exceeding their expectations.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests, noting all special dietary needs and requests.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and clear and reset tables in the dining room, patio and bar area utilizing the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and service equipment, following sanitation, safety and alcoholic beverage policies.
• Secure proper payment and use proper cash handling procedures.
