Job summary

THE RANCH Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim is hiring Server Assistants (Busser) to support servers, maintain table cleanliness, and enhance guest experience in a refined, fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities include water/ beverage service, clearing and resetting tables, and collaboration with hosts and management to ensure seamless service. Evening/weekend shifts, full‑time or part‑time, with a pay rate of $16.90 per hour + tips.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High energy and stamina; ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability.
• Valid California Food Handler's Card required upon hire.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, gracious, and attentive service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Provide water and beverage service, ensuring refills are handled promptly.
• Remove used tableware and glassware between courses.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently after each seating.
• Maintain cleanliness of side stations and service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with table movements and setup as needed for reservations or events.
• Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork throughout service.
