Job summary

THE RANCH Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim, CA, is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with wine certification to deliver elevated hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of fine dining service, be 21+, hold WSET 2 or CMS Level 1, and be proficient with Aloha POS; position requires evenings, weekends, holidays and a California Food Handler's Card/ABC Server Permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, elevated hospitality with timely, accurate, and detail focused service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency, confidence, and grace.
• Collaborate with service team to create a seamless dining experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, seasonal offerings, and chef features.
• Offer recommendations for wine, spirits, and cocktails with advanced product knowledge.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
• Assist Hosts, Servers, and Management with table setups and dining room organization.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment.
