Culinary Dropout is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, seeking a Bartender for The Bowl at Ballantyne this fall. The position offers $2.13 per hour plus tips and flexible scheduling.

Bring 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience, excellent communication, and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Must stand long hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekends/holidays. Benefits after 25 hours and dining discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years high-volume recent bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Familiar with POS systems and OpenTable or similar reservations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently.
• Follow all alcohol laws and company policies.
