Job summary

Hewlett Family of Dealerships in Georgetown, TX is seeking experienced sales professionals for our Volkswagen dealership. This is a 100% commission position requiring evening and weekend hours, with opportunities to earn through volume bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will become an expert on our models, greet and guide guests, manage customer information, and lead buyers through the decision-making process to ensure a smooth delivery and a satisfying ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in automobile sales preferred, not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Skill in building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the customer decision-making process.
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of every model sold in the dealership.
• Stay aware of the vehicles currently in inventory to present appropriate options.
• Greet, engage, and assist every unattended guest in the showroom.
• Lead customer through the decision-making process.
• Identify automobile needs and present appropriate vehicles.
• Ensure new vehicle delivery readiness and accessory installation.
• Follow-up with customers per dealership practice.
• Build long-term relationships, referrals and repeat business.
