JEFF WYLER EASTGATE INC. in Batavia, OH is hiring an Automotive Sales Professional with access to an extensive vehicle inventory and comprehensive training. This role offers up to $200k+ earnings potential and a team-based coaching structure to support high performance.

We welcome both experienced sales professionals and ambitious newcomers. You will learn the Wyler Way, collaborate with four sales managers and seven finance managers to deliver a smooth car-buying experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Learn and confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Work directly with our four sales managers to structure and finalize deals.
• Collaborate with our seven finance managers throughout the purchasing process.
• Consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional approach.
