• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Learn and confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and options.
• Work with four sales managers to structure and finalize deals.
• Collaborate with seven finance managers throughout the purchasing process.
• Consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
