Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test).
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Document vehicle issues accurately and explain recommended services.
- Communicate estimated costs and obtain approval for services.
- Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
- Update customers on vehicle status and provide repair timelines.
- Prepare invoices with breakdowns and handle billing inquiries.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
