Qualifications

• Two years automotive sales experience
• One year in a dealership management position
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test, credit) and have a valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of salespeople to meet monthly and annual quotas
• Forecast monthly sales and gross profit by department
• Coordinate advertising, promotions, and staffing needs
• Provide on-the-job training and conduct sales meetings
• Maintain vehicle inventory and ensure showroom standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and safety compliance
