Job summary

Pape’ Machinery is seeking a Rental Territory Manager to promote the short-term rental fleet within an assigned territory. You will report to the Regional Rental Manager and focus on driving rental opportunities, handling leads quickly, and building strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes heavy equipment sales, customer relations, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve rental department goals. A driver’s license and Experience in rentals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment.
• John Deere knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of equipment rentals is ideal.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote short-term rental fleet to customers in assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Rental Manager to coordinate rental opportunities.
• Process incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt.
• Build relationships with re-rental partners to increase department revenue.
