Pape' Rents in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Rental Territory Manager (Equipment Sales) to drive growth in the local market by selling and renting short-term and long-term equipment solutions while building market share.

You will visit customers across your defined region, understand their equipment needs, provide tailored solutions, and develop lasting relationships. The role offers commission-based earnings, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous sales experience and knowledge of rental equipment preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in territory by selling and renting equipment.
