Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending with proven production.
• Abundant mortgage experience developing external business via referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and provides progress updates.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and calls on potential customers and partners.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
• Knows mortgage products, systems, and regulatory guidelines.
