Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Amarillo, TX to drive nonstandard auto insurance sales to new and existing customers. This full-time role focuses on inbound leads, walk-ins, and a strong paid training program.

You will solicit new business, expand relationships, and ensure accurate deposits and documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and licensure in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of sales or customer service helpful.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Licensure in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As an Insurance Agent you will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in agency system.
• Educate customers to select products that fit their needs.
